국문 초록

2000년대 이후, 국가 및 지자체는 물론 시민들이 한옥에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 도심에 위치하는 한옥밀집지역을 대상으로 새로운 장소마케팅의 요소로 활용하는 도시관리정책이 추진되고 있다. 이런 한옥밀집지역의 경관은 한옥의 구조적 특성이나 기와지붕과 같은 건축물 형태와 건축몸 파사드가 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고 한옥의 외관은 개별 건축물의 용도에 따라 그 파사드가 무분별하게 바뀌거나 무질서하게 변화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 한옥마을로 지정된 전주한옥마을을 대상으로 한옥마을내 주요 가로의 특성과 주요 가로변에 위치하는 건축물의 층수, 용도. 외관재료 특성을 파악하고, 가로의 특성과 건축물 외관적 특성과의 관계를 분석하는 것이 주요 목적이 다. 분석결과. 가로변 건축물의 외관 특성은 태조로와 은행로의 경우 상업지대로 발전하면서 외관부분에 서양식 유리 파사드의 증가가 나타나며 주거지역이 상업기능과 복합화 되는 특성이 나타났다. 향교로는 1960년대 이후 도시형 한옥의 외관모습을 유지하고 있으나. 가로의 폭이 좁아 이용자의 보행환경이 양호하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 어진로는 지구의곽으로 현대화되어 한옥의 의관특성이 사라진 것으로 나타났다. 이런 연구결과를 토대로, 향후, 기성시가지내 한옥밀집주거지역의 관리계획 수립시 가로별 특성을 고려하고. 가로에 면하는 한옥의 경우에는 그 용도에 따라 건축물 파사드를 제어할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of building facades, building height, building use, building material, locating in the street and the characteristics of main streets, width, use cased of Junju Han-ok Village. The result of the study can be summarized three characteristics as follows ; Firstly, in case of Taejoro and Eunhangro, the number of buildings which are used residential and commercial use increased and most of building facade in the building of changing use, are composed of glass window. Secondly, the buildings in Hyanggyoro have been maintained the building facades of their original appearance since 1960 and the relatively narrow width of the street influenced on the pedestrian.Thirdly, due to the modernization of the Uhjinro area, could be resulted from the outer location in Junju Han-ok Village， the buildings facades of Uhjinro disappeared the characteristics of their original facades. Consequently, when the masterplan is planned on a Han-ok residential area like Junju Han-ok Village, it should be simultaneously considered the characteristics of both the streets and the building facades, especially focused on the building use. Moreover, the building facades standing on the street should be controled with the components of a building facade such as building height, building use, building material etc.
