국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학생의 학교생활 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 진로성숙도, 자기효능 감을 설정하고 이들에 대한 성별 차이를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석 자료는 2016년 대구교육 실태연구에서 수집된 자료로, 대구광역시 고등학교 2학년 학생 3,751명을 연구대상으로 다집단 구조방정식 모형 분석 및 잠재평균분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 남녀 집단 모두 자기효능감이 진로성숙도에 미치는 정적 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 진로성숙도가 높을수록 학교생활 만족도의 하위변인인 학습활동, 친구관계, 교사관계, 학교행사 만족도도 높았다. 또한 자기효능감이 높을수록 친구관계, 교사관계, 학교행사 만족도가 높았다. 성별 차이를 보면, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 친구관계 및 학교행사에 대한 만족도는 낮으며, 교사 관계와 자기효능감은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 남학생 집단의 경우 자기효능감이 학습활 동 만족도에 미치는 영향이 유의하게 나타났으나, 여학생 집단의 경우에는 유의하지 않았다. 그리고 남학생 집단이 여학생 집단에 비해 자기효능감이 교사관계에 대한 만족도에 보 다 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과로 고등학생의 진로성 숙도와 자기효능감, 학교생활 만족도 간의 일반적인 관계를 확인하였으며, 성별 경로 차이 와 평균 차이도 확인함으로써 남녀학생 간 차별적 처치 방안을 확보하였다.

영문 초록

The primary purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among career maturity, self-efficacy, and school satisfaction of high school students by using a structural equation model. This study also investigated the difference of the paths between the gender groups by using a multigroup analysis and a latent mean analysis. The results of the latent mean analysis showed that the male students had lower satisfaction with friendship and school events than the female students. The means of the male students on teacher relationship and self-efficacy were higher than those of the female students. The multigroup analysis showed that the effect of the self-efficacy on the satisfaction of the learning activity was significant in the male group, while that of the self-efficacy on the learning activities was not significant in the female group. Also, the higher the self-efficacy was, the more positive effect it had on career maturity. The higher the career maturity was, the higher the learning activity, friendship, teacher relationship and satisfaction of school event were. In addition, the higher the self-efficacy was, the higher the friendship, teacher relationship, and school event satisfaction were. Also, it was confirmed that the male students had a greater influence on self-efficacy than the female students. Differential treatment by gender was suggested for the relationship among school satisfaction, career maturity, and self-efficacy of high school students.
