물류기업의 조직공정성이 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

2017년 대한민국의 주요한 키워드 중에 한 가지는 ‘공정사회’이다. 이러한 측면에서 기업의 공정수준을 연구한 결과 국내 기업의 평가와 공정은 미흡하다는 것을 확인하였다. 지금까지 수많은 연구자에 의해 조직공정성에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔지만 물류기업 대상의 연구는 미흡하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류기업 종사자를 대상으로 조직공정성이 조직몰입을 매개로 SCM성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 고찰하고 연구모형과 연구가설을 수립하여 286명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과에서 조직공정성(분배, 절차, 상호작용)이 높아질수록 조직몰입이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 반면 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성이 향상이 된다고 해서 직접 SCM성과에 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 또한 조직공정성(분배, 절차, 상호작용)이 높아질수록 물류기업 종사들의 조직몰입도는 향상이 되고 SCM성과도 향상이 됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 연구내용과 결과 뿐 아니라 전문가와 실무자의 의견을 반영하여 보다 현실적인 원인분석과 대안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다고 할 것이다

영문 초록

One of the important keywords of South Korea in 2017 is ‘fair society’. As a result of confirming the fair leve l of enterprise in this respect, it was confirmed the evaluation and fairness of the domestic enterprises were poor. The studies on the Organizational Justice have been carried out by a number of researchers until now. However, the studies targeting the logistics companies were poor. Therefore, the effect of the Organizational Justice on the SCM performance by the mediation of the organization commitment targeting the workers engaged in the logistics firms. For this, the analysis was conducted targeting 286 people after considering the advanced researches and stablishing the study model and study hypothesis. It was confirmed in the analysis result that the higher the organizational fairness(Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice) was, the more the organization commitment was improved. On the other hand, although the Distributive Justice and the Interactional Justice were improved, it did not influence the SCM performance directly. Also, it was confirmed that if the organizational fairness(Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice) became higher, the level of organization commitment of the workers engaged in the logistics firms was improved and the SCM performance was also improved. This study is significant because it analyzed the cause more practically and suggested the alternative by reflecting the opinions of experts and hands-on workers as well as the study result.
