국문 초록

본 연구는 공급사슬네트워크에서 공급자의 서비스품질에 관한 문헌적 공백을 메우는 시도로서 제조업체의 전략적 시각에서 공급자에 대한 서비스품질을 측정하기 위한 기반적 구조를 밝힌다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 공급사슬네트워크에서 전방의 고객에 대한 서비스품질과는 차별되는 후방의 공급자의 서비스품질을 개념화한 후, 이로부터 제조업체에 대한 공급자의 서비스품질에 관한 주요 속성들을 개발하였으며, 이를 무작위적으로 추출된 제조업체들로부터 수집된 설문응답 자료를 이용하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이에 따라 제조업체에 대한 공급자의 서비스품질은 서비스 신뢰성, 서비스 능력, 의사소통, 서비스 유연성, 재무적 신뢰, 업무환경에 의해 반영되는 2차 다차원 변수라는 것이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 공급사슬네트워크에서 서비스품질 전략에 대한 새로운 가능성을 제시하는 한편, 서비스품질의 측면에서 공급사슬네트워크의 성과관리에 관한 제조업체 또는 공급자의 이해를 지원할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study is to derive the importance of service quality of supplier through the measurement of service quality of manufacturer executing the supply chain network to the supplier, and then is to enhance the management quality strategy of business producing product or service through a study on the service quality of such a supplier. For this, this study proposes the service quality measurement model of supplier in order to measure the service quality of supplier, then it is applied as an object of domestic manufacturer and its empirical analysis is made, and actually the item of service quality being deemed to be important in the relationship with supplier is derived. Through such a study like this a new possibility of service quality strategy in the supply chain network can be proposed, and the improved service quality of supplier causes to make a positive effect on the management result of manufacturer, accordingly the alternative for profit creation can be proposed through the corporate quality strategy.
