국문 초록

본 연구는 파킨슨병 노인을 대상으로 미술치료를 적용하여 우울과 자아통합감의 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울 OO병원에서 치료 중인 만 65세의 남자 1명으로 D시 소재의 OO복지관을 이용하고 있는 파킨슨병 노인이다. 연구 설계는 사전ㆍ사후 실험설계 이고, 연구기간은 2015년 3월 초기면담을 시작하여 2015년 9월까지 진행되었다. 연구대상의 우울 측정도구로는 KGDS(한국형노인우울검사)와 HTP(집-나무-사람 그림검사)를 사용 하였으며, 자아통합감 측정도구로는 자아통합감 척도지와 LMT(풍경구성법)를 사용하였다. 미술치료 프로그램은 에릭슨의 사회적 발단단계를 참고하여, 6단계로 구성하였다. 연구결과 분석은 사전ㆍ사후의 검사결과를 비교 제시하고, 연구대상자와 연구자와의 대화 및 행동관찰, 연구대상자의 작품, 보호자와 연구자의 상담내용을 포함하여 회기별로 관찰기록 하여 제시하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 미술치료가 파킨슨병 노인에게 우울과 자아통합감에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다..

영문 초록

Hence, this study was to find out the therapy having a positive effect in order to sympathize with the life and disorder of the elderly with Parkinsonism. The subject for this study was a man who were aged 65 using OO community relief center in OO city and had been being treated Parkinsonism. The collection of materials was from March 2015 with the early interview to September 2015, and the program analysis included conversation between the subject and researcher, action observation, the subject s work of art and consult content between guardian and researcher. KGDS and HTP were used for the subjects with depression and LMT was used for the ego integrity of the subject. Effect of Art therapy program consists of 6 levels, referring to Erikson s psychosocial developmental theory. The results for this study are as follows with the result of study for the subject, there was a decrease in the points of middle depression compared to post-art therapy. Also, with the picture examination, the depression in the pre-examination, which was generally showed as stiff symmetric and a lack of proper detail, changed to the picture decreasing depression in the post-examination after art therapy. In conclusion, it has been founded that there was a decrease in depression with applying art therapy and an increase in ego integrity through art therapy.
