공급사슬 복잡성이 공급사슬복잡성실행 및 생산성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

최근 기업들은 글로벌 경쟁의 가속화로 인해 원가절감을 위한 생산공장의 해외이전 뿐 아니라 전세계적인 판매 및 공급망 구축 등의 글로벌 공급사슬관리에 대한 문제에 직면해 있다. 또한 국내의 상황에서는 대기업 및 중견기업의 공급사슬에 대한 지속적인 혁신이 요구되고 있어 협력업체와의 공급사슬관리 구축 및 관리를 통한 경쟁력 확보에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 필요성에도 불구하고 국내에서 공급사슬복잡성에 관한 연구는 거의 되어 있지 않은 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공급사슬관리에 있어서 복잡성의 결정요소와 복잡성의 실행의 범위를 정의하고 공급사슬 복잡성과 실행 및 생산성과의 관계에 대해 검증해 보고 이러한 결과를 토대로 전략적인 공급사슬관리에 대한 실행을 제안하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 통한 가설검증결과 7개의 가설 중 4개가 채택되었고 3개가 기각되었다. 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 공급사슬복잡성과 공급사슬복잡성실행의 관계를 분석한 결과, 공급사슬복잡성 중 제품복잡성과 금융복잡성이 공급사슬복잡성 실행에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 한국의 기업이 처한 공급사슬상의 복잡성수준은 규정이나 기술이 높지만 실제 공급사슬복잡성 실행이 영향을 미치는 변수는 제품이나 금융복잡성인 것으로 나타났다. 공급사슬복잡성실행과 생산성과의 관계를 분석한 결과, 공급사슬 복잡성실행이 기업의 생산성과 유연성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과 본 연구에서 분석에 이용한 공급사슬 복잡성실행인 정보공유, 교차기능실행, 협업메카니즘은 기업의 생산성과 유연성에 매우 유용한 변수로 작용됨이 검증되었다. 한국기업에서 공급사 및 고객사와의 시의적절하고 의미있는 정보공유와 기업간 공동의 사업아이디어 실현 및 공동의 제품이나 서비스 개선등의 실행이 실제 생산성과에 매우 유용한 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 한국에서 공급사슬복잡성에 관하여 처음으로 시도되었다는 점에서 학문적 시사점이 크다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Recently, the companies have been confronting not only the problem of the overseas relocations of the production factories for the cost reductions due to the acceleration of the global competition but, also, the problem regarding the global supply chain management, including the sale and the establishment of a supply network in the entire world and others of the like. Also, because, in the situation of Korea, the continuous innovations of the supply chains of the large and the medium-sized companies have been demanded, the need for the securing of the competitiveness through the establishment and management of a supply chain with the cooperating companies has been coming to the fore. The situation is that, despite such a need, there have been nearly no researches related to the supply chain complexity in Korea. As a result, in this research, with regard to the supply chain management, the decision elements of the complicatedness and the scope of the execution of the complicated shall be defined, the relationships between the supply chain complexity, the execution, and the productivity will be verified, and, based on such results, an execution of a strategic supply chain management will be proposed. As a result of a hypothesis testing through an empirical analysis, among the 7 hypotheses, 4 were adopted and 3 were dismissed. The specific results are as follow: It appeared that, as a result of analyzing the relationship between supply chain complexity and the execution of the supply chain complexity, among the supply chain complexities, the product complexity and the financial complexity had the positive (+) influences on the execution of the supply chain complexity. Through these research results, it was concluded that, although the complexity levels of the supply chains that are faced by the Korean corporations are the regulations and the technologies, the variables which are influenced by the actual execution of the supply chain complexity are the products and the financial complexity. Furthermore, it was verified that, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the supply chain complexity execution and the productivity, the execution of the supply chain complexity had the positive (+) influences on the productivities and the flexibilities of the corporations. As a result of such an analysis, it appeared that the executions of the supply chain complexities that were used in the analysis in this research, which are the information sharing, cross-functional process implementation, shared coodination mechanism, acted as the very useful variables regarding the productivity and the flexibility of the corporation. It looks as though, regarding the Korean corporations, the information sharing, which is timely and meaningful, with the supplying companies and the client companies, the realization of the joint business ideas between the corporations, and the executions of the joint products, the service improvements, etc. are very useful for the actual production results. It can be said that the academic implications of this research are strong with regard to the point that it was attempted for the very first time in relation to the supply chain complexity in Korea.
