국문 초록

본 연구는 인간과 기계의 통합을 핵심으로 하는 4차 산업혁명의 주요수단이 될 스마트 카의 활용이슈를 위치기반 물류상황통제, 운전자 편의지원, 지능형 자율주행, 실시간 예측배송의 4개 변수로 구분하고 이들 변수와 물류서비스 가치혁신기대와의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 아울러, 그 과정에서 물류서비스 수용성의 상호작용효과를 확인하였다. 또한, 스마트 카 활용이슈 변수가 물류서비스 수용성에 미치는 영향관계도 함께 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 크게 3가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 위치기반 물류상황통제, 운전자 편의지원, 지능형 자율주행, 실시간 예측배송 등 4개의 스마트 카 활용이슈 변수는 모두 물류서비스 가치혁신기대에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 위치기반 물류상황통제, 운전자 편의지원 등 2개의 스마트 카 활용이슈 변수는 물류서비스 수용성과 상호작용하여 물류서비스 가치혁신기대에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 위치기반 물류상황통제, 운전자 편의지원, 실시간 예측배송 등 3개의 스마트 카 활용이슈 변수는 물류서비스 수용성과의 관계에서 직접인 효과가 통계적으로 확인되었다. 이상의 분석결과로 볼 때, 4차 산업혁명과 관련하여 현 시점에서 본 연구의 주요 시사점은 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 물류서비스 가치혁신을 위하여 스마트 카를 활용할 경우 위치기반 물류상황통제, 운전자 편의지원, 지능형 자율주행, 실시간 예측배송측면에서 활용방안을 모색할 필요가 있을 것으로 보인된다. 둘째, 고객만족도 개선측면에서 스마트 카를 활용하여 물류서비스 가치혁신을 유도하기 위해서는 우선적으로 위치기반 물류상황통제, 운전자 편의지원측면에서 스마트 카의 활용방안을 모색하는 것이 보다 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. 끝으로, 소비자들의 기대충족을 위해서는 스마트 카를 활용한 위치기반 물류상황통제나 실시간 예측배송과 같은 새로운 물류서비스 편의성의 혁신이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study divides the utilization issues of smart cars, which are the main means of the 4th industrial revolution with the integration of human and machine, into four variables: location based logistics situation control, driver convenience support, intelligent autonomous driving and real-time anticipatory shipping. And the relationship between these variables and logistics service value innovation expectation. In addition, we confirmed the interaction effect of logistics service acceptance in the process. We also analyzed the effect of smart car utilization issue variables on logistics service acceptance. The results of this study can be summarized into three major results. First, it is confirmed that all four smart car utilization issue variables such as location - based logistics situation control, driver convenience support, intelligent autonomous driving, and real - time forecast delivery have significant effects on logistics service value innovation expectation. Second, the two smart car utilization issue variables, such as location - based logistics situation control and driver convenience support, interact with logistics service acceptance and have a significant effect on logistics service value innovation expectation. Third, the direct effect of the three smart car utilization issue variables such as location based logistics status control, driver convenience support, and real - time anticipatory shipping was directly related to logistics service acceptance. As a result of the above analysis, the main implications of this study at the present time in relation to the Fourth Industrial Revolution can be summarized as follows. First, when smart car is used for the innovation of logistics service value, it seems to be necessary to utilize in terms of location - based logistics situation control, driver convenience support, intelligent autonomous driving and real - time anticipatory shipping. Second, in order to improve the value of logistics services by utilizing smart cars in terms of improving customer satisfaction, it would be more desirable to seek ways to utilize smart cars in terms of location-based logistics control and driver convenience. Finally, to satisfy consumers’ expectations, it is necessary to innovate the convenience of new logistics services such as location-based logistics control using smart cars and real-time anticipatory shipping.
