국문 초록

본 연구에서는 심리자본에 대해 알아보고, 심리자본과 맥락수행과의 관계, 심리자본과 맥락수행 과의 관계에서 신뢰의 조절효과를 규명하고자 한다. 연구표본은 제주지역 내의 관광산업 종사자 242명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심리자본과 맥락수행 간의 관계를 알아보기 위한 분석결과 심리자본 하위요인 자신감, 탄력성 요인이 맥락수행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리자본과 맥락수행과의 관계에서 신뢰의 조절효과가 부분적으로 있는 것으로 나타났다. 심리자본 하위요인 희망과 맥락수행과의 관계에서 신뢰의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 탄력성과 맥락수행과의 관계에서 신뢰의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 추후연구의 제안점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to learn about psychological capital and to identify the relationships between psychological capital and contextual performance and the moderated effects of trust in relationships between psychological capital and contextual performance. Data were collected from 242 employees working in tourism industry in Jeju. The results were summarized as follows. First, as the results of analysis to identify the relationships between psychological capital and contextual performance, sub-factors of psychological capital such as confidence and elasticity affected contextual performance. Second, there were partial moderated effects of trust in the relationships between psychological capital and contextual performance. In addition, there were partial moderated effects of trust in the relationships between contextual performance and sub-factor of psychological capital such as hope. There were partial moderated effects of trust in the relationships between elasticity and contextual performance. Last, we presented significance and limitations of this study and suggestions for future study.
