청소년 기업영재의 발달 변화 분석: TTCT, 핵심역량을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 재능발달 접근 이론을 배경으로 기업영재 프로그램에 참여한 교육생의 창의성, 핵심역량에 대한 특성을 살펴보고, 이들의 특성 변화과정을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 성별에 따른 특성과 변화과정을 함께 살펴보았다. 연구 대상은 기업영재 프로그램 교육을 받은 181명으로, 교육원 입학 당시 TTCT, 핵심역량 특성을 살펴보고, 이후 2년간의 과정을 마치는 시점 에서 실시한 TTCT, 핵심역량의 변화를 성별에 따라 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 입학당시 남학생 과 여학생의 특성 차이가 나타났으며, 기업영재 프로그램에 참여한 여학생이 남학생보다 독창 성을 제외한 창의성 영역에서 높은 점수를 보였으며, 핵심역량에서는 남녀간의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 2년간의 과정 후, 종결저항 영역에서 남녀 모두 입학당시보다 2년 후인 수료시 점 수가 하락하였으며, 창의적 강점 영역에서는 남녀 모두 2년 후 수료시 점수가 유의미하게 상승하였다. 핵심역량에서는 지식재산 전문성과 기업윤리의 역량이 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 추후 이러한 변화의 배경이나 교육 프로그램의 효과성 같은 후속연구나 비교연구 등 보다 심도 깊은 연구가 제시되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study focused on the characteristics of the entrepreneurial talent program students creativity and core competency, as well as the developmental process of these characteristics and how they differed according to gender. The study was conducted through 181 students that had received entrepreneurial gifted education, where it looked at the difference between the development processes based on gender by looking at the change in TTCT and core competency before and after the two year program. According to the study, there was a significant difference in the characteristics of male and female students: female students who partook in the program showed higher scores in the creativity field excluding originality, although there was no difference in core competencies. After the two year program both male and female students had lower scores in resistance to premature closure, but in the creativity field both male and female students had a significant difference in scores. In core competencies the fields of intellectual property expertise and business ethics had significantly higher scores as well. Future studies should be conducted in more depth about the effectiveness of these programs and the background of these changes.
