영문 초록

Since March of 2001, the targeted items of GM agricultural products labelling system (GMAPLS) for soybeans and corns that has been implemented in the purpose of securing the consumer s knowing rights regardless of their food safety are only soybeans for foods except for livestock feed and processing through direct imports. While GMAPLS has driven various positive effects, appeared to be introduced new additional costs for its implementation of about 50 won per kg, of which total policy implementation costs are 14,071 million won per year. In addition to this, various transaction costs would make it to be bigger.
