레일의 자기이력곡선 특성 분석을 위한 실험적 연구

국문 초록

장대레일은 레일의 온도만으로는 축력을 평가하기 어려워 다양한 파괴/비파괴적인 방법을 통해 레일의 축력을 평가하게 된다. 궤도의 유지관리 조건이나 차량운행으로 인한 제한 사항 등을 고려할 때, 비파괴적인 방법에 의해 신속하고 정확한 레일 축력 측정 시스템의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 비파괴 방법 중 국외에서 현장 적용성 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 자기적 방법을 통해 레일의 축력을 정확하고 신속하게 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구에서는 비파괴적인 레일 축력 측정 시스템 개발을 위한 기초연구로써 자기 특성을 활용하여 레일 축력 측정 가능성을 분석하였다. 이에 따라 레일에서 추출한 시편의 자기 특성을 측정하고, 기계적 특성과의 상관관계를 도출하였다.

영문 초록

Abstract The continuous welded rail(CWR) is difficult to evaluate axial force only by rail temperature, so it evaluates the axial force of the rail through various destructive/non-destructive methods. Considering the maintenance conditions of track and limitations due to vehicle operation, the introduction of a fast and accurate non-destructive measurement system for rail axial force is required. Among the non-destructive methods, it is considered that the axial force of the rail can be accurately and quickly derived through the magnetic method which is actively studied in the field. In this study, the measurement of the rail axial force is analyzed by using the hysteresis loop(magnetic characteristics) as a basic research for the development of the non-destructive rail axial force measurement system. Therefore, the magnetic properties of the specimens extracted from the rails were measured, and the correlation between the magnetic properties and the mechanical properties was determined.
