국문 초록

본 연구는 2007개정 초등 교육과정 각 교과에서의 의생활교육내용을 분석하여 초등실과교육에서의 의생활교육의 방향에 대한 시사점을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 각 교과에서 다뤄지고 있는 의생활관련 내용들을 학년별, 의생활영역을 옷차림, 의복관리, 의복구성, 의복문화로 나누어 정리·분석하였다. 학년별 분석결과, 바른생활, 도덕, 사회, 과학, 미술, 체육교과에서 의생활교육내용을 다루는 것 으로 나타났다. 학년별로는 1, 2학년에서는 바른생활, 2학년에서는 국어, 3학년에서는 도덕, 국어, 사회, 과학, 미술, 4학년에서는 도덕, 사회, 과학, 미술 다루고 있으며, 5학년에서는 도덕, 사회, 미술, 체육, 6학년에서는 도덕, 사회, 미술, 체육에서 다루고 있었다. 의생활 영역별 분석 결과, ‘옷차림’영역에서 ‘때와 장소에 맞는 옷차림’의 내용 심화, ‘위생’, ‘안 전’의 내용 강화, ‘예절’은 일상과 전통 및 국제적 의복 예절을 다룰 필요가 있으며, ‘개성’은 미술과 상호 연계된 수업을 구안할 필요가 있다. ‘의복관리’영역에서 ‘정리’는 의복정리방식을 창안하는 교육적 경험이 필요하며, ‘환경’에서의 헌옷을 이용한 용품 만들기는 실과 ‘생활용품 만들기’에 적용하는 것이 효과적이라고 본다. ‘의복구성’영역에서는 바느질의 비중을 줄이고 다양한 종류의 옷감, 부재료 등을 이용한 생활용품 만들기로 구성되기를 제안한다. ‘의생활문화’영역에서는 전통 및 다문화적 의생활문화에 대한 체험적 교육내용이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.이상의 결과를 통해볼 때 의생활교육내용은 1, 2학년에서는 바른생활, 3, 4학년에서는 도덕, 사회, 과학, 미술교과에서 많은 부분을 다루고 있으나 각 교과의 교육적 목표에 따라 교육적 접근방식에서 차이를 보여 대부분 중복보다는 상보적인 관계를 갖고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 바른생활과 도덕에서의 ‘때와 장소에 맞는 옷차림’과 ‘의복의 정리보관’, 사회에서의 ‘전통의생활’, ‘기후와 의복착용’ 과학에서의 ‘열전달체계 원리’ 등은 실과교과에서 연계하여 내용을 심화하는 방안을 모색해야 한다고 보며, 미술에서의 옷 만들기는 3학년에게 어려운 내용으로 조절이 필요하다고 본다. 또한 5, 6학년 의생활교육내용 중 도덕, 체육의 옷차림내용과 사회, 미술, 체육에서의 전통 및 다문화, 만들기 부분의 내용은 실과와의 통합 수업방안을 모색할 필요가 있다고 결론지을 수 있다. 아울러 이러한 연구의 결과는 현재 2007개정 실과교육과정에 따라 이루어지고 있는 학교 현장수업에서의 실과수업에 반영할 뿐만 아니라 현재 진행 중인 2009 개정 실과교육과정 개발에 의생활교육내용 및 교육적 방안으로 반영되어야 할 것이며 타 교과에서의 의생활교육내용의 심화 및 통합수업방향에 대한 구체적인 후속 연구를 제언하는 바이다.

영문 초록

This research aims to analyze contents of education in courses in the 2007 amended curriculum for elementary school children and to find their implications for improvement in clothing education. In order to fulfill this purpose, we classified contents related to clothing life into school year (1 to 6) and functional areas (wearing, clothing management, clothing design, and clothing culture). Analysis of school years results as follows. The first year and the second year covers how to put on clothes and how to manage them in the course Right Life , and encouragement of sewing activities in the Fine Art . The forth year include the course Ethics where management of clothes life, traditional culture and environment, the course Society to teach consumption and economy, Science to deal with physical change of water, and Fine Art to cover aesthetic experience, description, appreciation. They differ from cloth life in Practical Education in goal or in approach. The fifth year deals with internal aspect of outer appearance in Ethics , climate-based clothes, understanding of traditional culture in Society , and appreciation, presentation and understanding of design principle in Art which differ from Practical Education . On the other hand, Physical Training covers clothes preventing sexual violence. The six grade handles multi-culture, and traditional culture in Society , requires a combined or reasonably integrated structure The second part of this research deals with an area analysis, which reveals that there are many things missing in the curriculum. For instance, the section of clothing habit may have to strengthen clothing matching time and place in terms of clothing environment, to empower Sanitation and Safety , and Courtesy to teach everyday and global clothing manner. Clothing management offers global manner with some experience. Environment deals with a number of issues involved there. Clothing culture should offer education contents in the area. In Korea, over all, clothing life education differs among each year. There are several courses dealt, in spite of difference of goals and objectives, depending upon the year class, and school. the results can be flexible, now still at the end. This research agenda is being discussed later. The results reflect on flexible source of income - salary. The results show that importance of stock and mutual may matter and once decided, side effects showing intelligence
