사회생태이론에 근거한 프랑스 청소년중독예방 정책의 함의

국문 초록

본 연구는 프랑스 청소년 중독예방 정책을 사회생태학적 이론에 근거하여 분석한 연구이다. 중독의 피해는 청소년 개인에게만으로 국한되는 것이 아니라 가족과 주변의 관계에도 영향을 주고 건강한 사회생활에 부정적인 영향을 끼쳐 결국 사회문제가 되고 있다. 청소년 중독예방과 치료정책은 사회환경적 배경에 대한 관찰과 다양한 단계의 분석 그리고 상호적인 관계로 접근하면서 이루어져야 한다. 사회생태이론은 이러한 접근방식에 유효한 이론으로 청소년문제해결을 위해 교육체계와 교육자원활용은 물론 사회자원의 총체적인 개입체계를 의미한다. 본 연구는 이러한 사회생태체계를 활용하고 있는 프랑스 청소년 중독예방정책을 사회생태이론의 주요개념인 지식과 교육으로의 접근성, 참여성,자율자립성을 근거로 분석을 하고 그 함의를 찾아보고자 하였다. 분석한 연구 결과 프랑스의 청소년 중독정책의 주요한 특징은 2가지로 하나는 청소년 중독예방정책이 교육시스템을 중심으로 학교가 구심점이 되어 실행되고 있는 점이며 둘은 이를 위한 사회자원을 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 점이다. 더불어 각체계간의 효율적 전달시스템을 구축하여 생태이론의 주요한 순환성의 특징도 지니고 있다.

영문 초록

The addiction in adolescent is caused by an uncontrollable habit of using substances —tobacco/nicotine, alcohol, other drug use or participating in behavior for using the internet gambling, smart phone. Adolescent is susceptible to dependent on these addictive substance. The addictive damage affects not only adolescent but also influences their family and a society. The policy of the addiction prevention should be established with various aspects of social environment and approach from an interaction of diverse actors. The theory of social ecology is appropriate for analysing these elements. This theory observes the problem with different social systems from macro to micro that include policy maker, school personnel, social service providers, association, volunteers and family. Also it has a reciprocality, interaction of these different systems. This study analyses the french policy of preventing adolescent addiction with the main concept of social ecology as educational accessibility, participation, and autonomy inner-direction. The results of this study indicate two characteristics of the french policy for preventing adolescent addiction. One is that the educational system has a pivot role for preventing addiction, the other is that they utilize social resources for the policy and program in which their function reciprocally execute. These two points represent a core concept of social ecology.
