국문 초록

当今世界经济的发展潮流是经济全球化与区域经济一体化。在东亚地区形成的以中国大陆为中心， 以香港、澳门和台湾（即“两岸四地”）为纽带的中华区域经济圈，在世界经济中发挥着越来越重要的 作用。 两岸四地的政治制度虽然不同，但经过30多年的交流以及中国大陆实行的“一国两制”方针，中华区 域经济关系已经获得了实质性的改善。2003年中国大陆和香港、澳门分别签署了《关于建立更紧密 经贸关系的安排》（即CEPA），CEPA机制的建立更加速了香港、澳门与中国大陆内地经济的融 合，而且成效卓越。现阶段，中国大陆与香港、澳门的经济合作已进入稳步发展的阶段。 同一时期，中国大陆与台湾（即“两岸”）的经济贸易交流也得到了大幅的改善。然而由于两岸特殊 政治关系的存在，客观决定了中国大陆与台湾之间经济贸易合作机制的建立过程必然是循序渐进的。 2010年6月中国大陆和台湾签署了《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》（即ECFA）。之后，双方继续就 包括货品贸易、服务贸易、投资保障及争端解决等在内的ECFA后续协议进行磋商。2012年8月两岸 签署了第一个ECFA后续协议--《海峡两岸投资保护和促进协议》（简称《投保协议》）及《海峡两 岸海关合作协议》。进入后ECFA时代的中国大陆与台湾的经济贸易关系变得更加紧密和坚实。在货 品贸易、投资贸易、金融服务和旅游服务等领域，两岸拉开了全方位合作的序幕。 本文通过梳理中国大陆和台湾两岸经济贸易交流与合作的发展历程，分析了两岸签订ECFA的必要 性，并从经济贸易的视角，利用两岸贸易额的增长、投资额的增长及金融服务和旅游服务贸易相关数 据加以分析两岸经济贸易合作发展的现状，同时对两岸经济一体化的发展前景作出了探讨。 虽然截止到目前，还未有数据显示中国大陆和台湾的两岸经济一体化对韩国的对中贸易造成影响。 但是从中长期的效果来看，随着两岸经济贸易合作机制的不断完善，两岸经济一体化不可避免地将影 响到韩国的对中贸易和对台贸易。而韩国有必要关注这种环境变化，希望本文能对韩国提前采取应对 措施起到参考作用。

영문 초록

There is one peculiarity that the world economy has been globalized and integrated rapidly after the Second World War. As one of this change, forming the Chinese Economic bloc (centering Chinese continent in Asia) which connects Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan has been accelerating. To be sure, Yangansaji (兩岸四 地)’s politic measure is totally different, economic integration in Yangansaji is very rapidly developing after Chinese government has adopted Ilgukyangjae (一國兩制) and 30 years’economic interchange. China has entered into CFPA (Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement) with Hong Kong and Macao respectively in order to have more strong economic integration of the Chinese Economic bloc. Currently, with numerous additional arrangement, Hong Kong and Macao have been succeeded its economic integration with China by making institutional and normative interchange more vigorous among Yangansamji (兩岸三地). Meanwhile, in 2010, China has entered into ECFA (Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement) with Taiwan in order to enhance economic interchange. And Yangan(兩岸) Investment Protection and Promotion Agreement of the 2012 ECFA’s additional arrangement was followed. China and Taiwan have been negotiating for trade, service and other additional ECFA after the ECFA has been entered into its force. And the institutional integration (which is expansive for future) between China and Taiwan will be strengthened It is expected that Korea’s export to China and Taiwan will be affected as ECFA, one of regional integration of Chinese Economic bloc, came into effect. This study provides an implication that Korea will have to watch carefully the change arising from the China-centered regional integration.
