국문 초록

국내외경제가 장기불황이 되면서 취업의 기회는 어느 때보다도 매우 힘들고 어려워졌다. 이 취업의 어려움을 취업빙하기, 취업대란, 취업한파, 취업공황, 취업전쟁이라는 말로 많은 사람들은 표현하기도 한다. 하지만, 이러한 위기일수록 취업희망자들은 위축되지 말고, 공격적이고 또한 치밀하고 완벽한 취업준비와 전략으로 대처를 한다면, 취업의 문은 여러 취업희망자들에게 가까이 또는 열릴 것으로 확신한다. 이전과 같은 대규모 공채가 소규모 수시 채용으로 바뀐 양상이기 때문에, 정확한 정보와 철저한 준비, 효과적인 취업전략, 그리고 주도면밀한 실천력이 어우러진다면, 원하는 취업을 쟁취할 수 가 있다. 성공 적인 취업을 위해 반드시 본인보다도 우선 선보일 제반서류를 철저히 점검하여 경쟁력을 갖출 뿐만 아니라 면접대책과 준비 등의 취업전략이 결정적으로 취업의 당락이 좌우됨은 주지의 사실이다.

영문 초록

Recently, as the economy entered a long-term recession, opportunities of employment became more difficult than ever. Many people express this difficulty of employment with expressions like employment ice age, employment chaos, employment cold wave, employment crisis, and employment war. However, more so in such crises, those looking for employment must not be discouraged, and if they take action with aggressive, meticulous and complete preparation and strategy for employment, the door of employment will come closer or will open to many hoping for employment. Because the previously large scale open recruitment has changed into smaller scale recruitment at all times, employment of your desire can be won with accurate information, thorough preparation, effective employment strategy and scrupulous taking of action. For successful employment, rather than yourself, you must thoroughly check all of your documents to be submitted to not only be equipped with competitiveness but also prepare interview strategies；It is a well-known fact that successful employment depends decisively on such employment strategy. Due to such reasons, I considered not only how to prepare employment application documents but also compulsory matters such as attitude and often asked questions in interviews.
