국문 초록

본 연구는 사립대학 학교기업에 대한 조세제도 현황을 파악한 후, 분석 및 문제점을 제시하고 개선방안을 도출하여 이론적인 논리와 더불어 학교 현장에서 실용적으로 적용하여 사용하는 효과를 목적으로 하고 있다. 최근 설립한 사립대학의 학교기업은 기초단계에 있다. 특히 이번 연구는 학교기업의 조세제도를 전반적으로 분석하여 학교기업 교직원들에게 효율적인 재정관리을 제공하였다는 의미도 부각되고 있어 사립대학 학교기업의 효율적인 조세연구 발전에 초석이 될 것이다. 이를 위하여 사립대학 학교기업의 조세현황을 구체적으로 분류하고 국세ㆍ지방세ㆍ관세ㆍ특허료의 징수 등 세목별로 분석하였으며, 학교기업에 대한 조세제도 현황을 파악한 후, 분석 및 문제점을 제시하고 개선방안을 도출하여 이론적인 논리와 더불어 학교기업 현장에서 실증적으로 적용하여 사용하는 효과를 마련하였다. 특히 현재 사립대학 학교기업의 과세제도에 대한 문제점을 체계적으로 분석하여 학교기업 사업의 활성화가 조세제도 때문에 장애가 되지 않게 하기 위한 대책방안을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구의 목적은 사립대학 학교기업의 조세제도를 전반적으로 분석하여 학교기업의 교직원들에게 실용적으로 제공하였다는 의미도 부각되고 있어 대학기관의 효율적인 조세연구 발전에 초석이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The study examines the present status of the taxation system of private universities, then presenting its problems and deriving theological backgrounds from them; in addition, this study aims at the practical application in active schools. The school enterprise of recently established private universities is in the beginning stage. Especially, this study is expected to be the foundation stone for the development of efficient taxation researches on private universities enterprise because it is salient that this study provides universities employees with an efficient financial management by giving a general analysis on the present condition of the school taxation system. In order to meet the above purposes, we categorized the present tax items in specific into national tax, local tax, tariff, and taxation of patent fee, followed by analyzing the current situation of the school taxation system, presenting its problems and deriving some improvements; moreover, we intended to apply these derived theatrical backgrounds to active schools in a positive manner. Especially, we analyzed systematically the current problems with private universities and school enterprises and drew up some measures so that the tax systems are not in the way of the school enterprise revitalization. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to provide school employees with efficient financial management methods. Finally, I hope that this research will be the foundation for the development of efficient taxation study.
