국문 초록

이 논문은 한반도 통일을 이루기 위한 박근혜 정부의 한반도 신뢰 프로세스의 목표와 추진과제, 성과, 발전방안에 대해 살펴보는 것을 내용으로 한다. 북한의 김정은 정권은 모험적이며 과격해서 예측불가 능한 정권이어서 항상 한반도 정세를 불안하게 만든다. 이런 불안한 한반도정세에서 박근혜정부의 대북정책은 여러 의미를 갖고 있다. 박근혜정부의 대북정책은 한반도신뢰프로세스이다. 한반도신뢰프로세스는 한반도의 평화와 안정을 이루고 통일을 나가는 방향을 제시하고 있다. 한반도신뢰프로세스는 국내적 차원, 남북관계차원, 국제적 차원 에서 많은 성과를 이루었다. 한반도신뢰프로세스의 발전적 보완을 위해서는 한반도신뢰프로세스의 실천적 내용을 담고 있는 드레스덴 선언(한반도평화통일구상)을 이행하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to study The Trust-building Process on the Korean Peninsula, especially aim, outcome, development plan. Kim Jong-un s regime, which is radical and provocative, may commit a hazardous and unexpected things later. In a highly volatile situation on the Korean Peninsular, It is important to examine President Park Geun-hye s policy against North Korea President Park Geun-hye s policy against North Korea is The Trust-building Process on the Korean Peninsula. Park s government should have to deter North Korea from provocation. Furthermore, Park s government should have to handle the North issues; to resolve North Korea s nuclear program, to induce North Korea to change the system fundamentally. The direction of The Trust-building Process on the Korean Peninsula is the peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and ultimately the reunification of South and North Korea. Therefore, this research not only shows you President Park Geun-hye s policy against North Korea and its background, principles, and contents, outcome, development plan, but also make you expect the meaning of Dresden Doctrin.
