The purpose of the study is to analyze the implication and influence of the multimedia on the education of the fine art. The author made an attempt to investigate the phenomenal aspect of the multimedia, and the future direction of the multimedia education in the midst of the ever changing multimedia environment. First, author discovered that new educational methodology should be developed to encompass the diverse communicational channel arising from the multimedia technology. Second, the findings suggest that education for nurturing more active and vigorous personality in facing new environment is to be implemented. Third, the findings also suggest that education of self-consciousness in establishing an individually unique reasoning structure that enable students to utilize and extend the use of the multimedia should be in place. This paper looked into the connection between the multimedia education and the education of fine art to search for the possible utilization. Author also developed a reasoning that could attach the education of fine art with the educators and learners appreciation of multimedia. The unique feature of multimedia that could portray critical reasoning , active and creative production on the object shares same spirit as the ultimate goal of education of fine art. In this perspective, the educator of fine art could understand and utilize the merit of the multimedia in the course of educating the fine art. In the course of learning process of fine art, the learners could replace the wrongful information and knowledge formed by the personal experience with the fundamental function of the multimedia. The learners could form a recognition of new aspect of the multimedia that influences daily life of the learners to become a wiser consumer of multimedia. It implies the multimedia could be the taught in the process of educating the fine art.
