전기자극치료가 비만관리변인에 미치는 효과에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 지난 15년간 비만과 관련한 전기자극치료 효과를 살핀 국내 석·박사 학위논문 및 학술지 논문을 바탕으로 전기자극치료가 비만관련변인에 미치는 효과를 메타분석을 통해 검증하였다. 최종 선정된 분석 대상 논문은 석·박사논문 23편, 학회지논문 6편 총 29편이며, 자료 분석은 CMA2(Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Version 2) 프로그램을 활용 하였다. 검증 결과, 전기자극치료가 비만관련변인에 미치는 효과와 관련된 변인에 대한 전체효과크기는 유의미한 중간효과크기를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 변인군별 효과크기는 비만조절변인군과 혈중효과변인군 모두 유미한 중간효과크기를 보인 것으로 나타났으며, 하위변인들간 상관효과크기기 유의미하게 나타난 혈중효과변인군에 있어서 LDL-C가 가장 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음 TG, TC 순으로 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to verify the effect of the electrical stimulation treatment on obesity management Variables thorough a meta-analysis. To achieve the purpose of this study, MA and PhD theses dand papers for academic journals that addressed the effect of electrical stimulation treatment on obesity over the last 15 years were reviewed and a total of 29 theses and papers (23 MA and PhD theses and 6 papers for academic journals) were selected for analysis. The data was analyzed using CMA2 (Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Version 2) program. The results demonstrated that the overall effect size for the variables relating to the effect of electrical stimulation therapy on obesity management variables show meaningful intermediate effect size. For the effect size by variable groups, both obesity control variable group and blood lipid control variable group showed meaningful intermediate effect size. In addition, for the blood lipid control variable groups showing the meaningful cross-correlation effect size between sub-variables, LDL-C shows the biggest effect size, followed by TG and TC.
