통합예술치료가 조현병 환자의 자아존중감 및 사회성 향상에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 병원의 주간재활프로그램에서 사회복귀를 준비하는 조현병 환자의 자아존중감과 사회성 향상에 통합예술치료가 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 D시에 위치한 C병원 주간재활프로그램 통원치료환자 남, 여 5명씩 10명을 대상자로 선정하였다. 연구기간은 2013년 6월28일부터 9월13일까지로 통합예술치료 프로그램은 주 1회 60분씩, 총 12회기로 구성하여 진행하였다. 프로그램 실시 전·후에 자아존중감 척도와 사회성 척도 검사를 실시하였고 연구결과는 SPSS/WIN 통계프로그램 18.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 통합예술치료 프로그램이 조현병 환자의 자아존중감에 미치는 효과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보여서 긍정적으로 입증되었다. 초기단계에서 중기단계에 이르기까지 친밀감형성과 자기표현, 감정표현을 하도록 한 통합예술치료 프로그램에 참여한 조현병 환자들의 자아존중감이 통합예술치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전보다 참여 후의 자아존중감이 향상되었다. 둘째, 통합예술치료 프로그램이 조현병 환자의 사회성 향상에 미치는 효과도 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보여서 긍정적으로 입증되었다. 셋째, 통합예술치료 프로그램이 조현병 환자에게 미치는 자아존중감과 사회성의 질적인 변화도 부정적 인식에서 긍정적으로 변화하였다. 연구의 결과들을 통해 통합예술치료 프로그램이 지속적으로 개발되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the present study is to show what effects integrative arts therapy could have an effect on increasing self-esteem and sociality of attunement disorder patients who are going to preparing to go back into the society. The present study selected each five men and women among the day hospital program patient of the hospital C, in city D. The study, which was conducted from 6. 28. 2013. to 9. 14. 2013. proceeded with 12 sessions: 60 minutes per week. Before and after the program s execution, the examination was operated to analyze the change of scale in self-esteem and sociality by utilizing statistical program SPSS/WIN 18.0. The findings of the study are as the following things; First, the effect of the program on increasing self-esteem of attunement disorder patients turned out statistically significance. The first half steps using the program, which has process of intimacy formation, self-expression and emotion expression, resulted in increasing self-esteem of having-low-self-esteem attunement disorder patients. Second, the effect on increasing sociality also showed statistically significant difference which means that integrative arts therapy program effectively affects during the last half steps. With the these findings, we are looking forward to be developed the integrative arts therapy continuously.
