This study aims 10 esωblish envìronmental indicators which could assess cnvironmental as야cts of the area of residenLial land devetopmenl so that it could help to drive naturc- fòendly development in an aggressive ‘,vay Category of environment imαlCt envìronmenta1 indicators in each range of assessment were based on the prior study of the environmental assessment and educed survey 011 the rational value of indicators 3Inong lhe slaff members in those organiz<1tions that are invoh'ed in residential land deveJopment directly such as: Korea National Housing ConXlnuÎon. Daegu Urban Development Coperation, and the Korea Land Comporation. In order to f， fill thc requiremenls for nature- friendly developmenl io the resîdential area. the minîmum criteria was sel up accordiog to the îndicators and we conductoo an environmental assessment. by making reference to 4 exemplary project areas It wus found Lhat two inrucalors in Daegu- ChiJgok-4 Residential Land Development Project Area. four indicators in Kyungsan Sah-dong -2 Residential Land Development Project Area and four indicators in Daegu- Yulha Residential μnd Development Project Area did not meet the minimum requîrements. Only Whasung -Dongum ResidentiaJ Land Development Project Area satisfied 미c minimum criteria of 11 cnvironmental indicators
