영문 초록

After the deregulation of land use control in lhe suburbs of Seoul metropolitan, factories which used to be located in citiε have sprawled oot inlO the fringe of the urban area Korean govemment has toreJate un annedfactories’ αation and gather them in some areas having infrastructure for over 15 years, but lhe govemment has been struggling wlth the same issue. This sludy tries to find out the reason why the factones are going Qver spreadîng into the suburbs by combining AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and Likert tethniQlκ With the empmcal analysis this slUdy could show three findîng as following. Firsl, the relative weights for the decision elements of unplanned factories‘ location in the suburbs are defined. Second 녀 nd prlce is the most deci잉 ve element among t.he deçision faεtors. It is clear that the government can not be easily control the unplanned factories’ location withoUl the of cheap land price under current land use system lird， the demand fα， JoilUng Spatl and industrial planning is found.
