도심형 집배송센터와 자전거를 활용한 단말물류 효율화 방안의 기대효과에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 국제운송 및 간선운송 중심의 물류시스템이 지역 및 지구단위로 세분화됨에 따라 도시환경에 큰 악영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자상거래 및 택배업체의 도심 내 단말배송시스템을 효율화하기 위한 방안을 모색하고 그 기대효과를 분석하였다. 단말배송 효율화 방안은 크게 거점 효율화 방안과 운송수단 효율화 방안으로 구분된다. 거점 효율화 방안은 도심 내 Ultra Micro Consolidation center를 활용하여 차량의 중복 주행구간을 제거하는 방안이며, 운송수단 효율화 방안은 기존 1톤 차량을 자전거, 이륜차, VAN 등 친환경 운송수단으로 대체하여 배송하는 방안이다. 여의도를 대상지역으로 시나리오별 기대효과를 ArcGIS 10.0을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 이동거리와 연료소모량 측면에서는 거점 효율화 방안이, 소요시간과 CO2 배출량 측면에서는 거점 및 운송수단 효율화 방안이 가장 좋은 대안인 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

Recently, the activation of e-business has increased the demand for B2B, B2C and C2C logistics. The previous logistics focused on international transport or main road-line has been segmented by the level of region and district. However, the rising demand for last-mile logistics has negative effects on city environment such as traffic congestion, illegal parking, on-street loading, air and noise pollution. Thus, this study looked into some strategies related to last-mile logistics and defined the concept and operation plan of last-mile logistics. Furthermore, the quantitative effects was analyzed for a domestic courier service and target area using ArcGIS. Last-mile logistics efficiencies can be largely categorized as node efficiency system and mode efficiency system. Node efficiency system is the way using UMC(Ultra Micro-consolidation Center) to combine the common driving routes of trucks. Mode efficiency system is the way to replace trucks with green transportations such as bicycle and van. The results of analysis indicated how much last-mile logistics efficiencies can reduce traveling distance, time required, fuel consumption and CO2 emission compared with the existing delivery system.
