영문 초록

This study dea1s with the similarities and differences of perception among residents, public officials, and rea1tors regarding the impact of a new administrative capital plan on the regiona1 rea1 estate market, and ana1yzes survey results. According to the survey results, residents, public officia1s, and rea1tors agree that a new administrative capita1 plan has, to a great dea1, impacted the price of rea1 estate in the Chungchong area. The primary a1ternative to prevent and curb the rea1 estate speculation is to put tax on the rea1 transaction price of rea1 estate. The secondary a1ternative, however, differs in that residents prefer to put heavy res띠ctions on the ma1practice of re estate transaction and, in the mean time, public officials and realtors prefer to enact the laws or regulations related to the transaction of real estate.
