유아교육환경에 적용된 보편적 수준긍정적 행동지원의 실행 및 교사지원 요소 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육환경에서 실행한 보편적 수준의 긍정적 행동지원 중재연구 동향을 파악하고 그 실행요소와 교사지원 요소를 분석함으로써 유아교육환경에 적합한 보편적 수준 긍정적 행동지원 실행 방안을 고찰하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 국내외 총 19편의 연구를 분석대상으로 선정하여 1) 발표연도, 연구주제 및 연구 참여자, 연구방법에 따른 연구 동향, 2) 중재 실행 환경(중재자, 학급 구성, 중재 실시 활동 및 환경), 보편적 중재 전략 등의 중재 관련 실행요소와 중재성과 측정 대상, 측정 영역, 측정방법 등 성과 측정 관련 실행요소, 3) 교사지원 방법(교사지원 제공자, 지원 대상, 지원 형태, 지원 수단), 교사지원 전략(지원 유형 및 이에 따른 세부전략), 교사지원 내용 및 지원성과 측정 방법 등의 교사지원 관련 요소를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 유아교육환경에서의 보편적 수준의 긍정적 행동지원 실행 방안과 실행의 지속가능성을 높이기 위한 교사지원 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The present paper study reviews 19 articles that implemented universal level of positive behavior support in early childhood educational settings. This paper has three purposes. First, it explores the research trends of universal positive behavior support for young children. Second, I analyze the practice components of universal positive behavior support adapted in early childhood educational settings: a) intervention components including providers of the intervention, compositions of the classes, and strategies for universal intervention, b) measurement components containing targets, goals, and measurement methods. Last, I review support components for teacher to implement universal positive behavior support in early childhood classrooms：providers of teacher support, targets for teacher support, methods and strategies, contents, and measurement methods. Based on the result of the study, the implications are suggested to prompt implementation and sustainability of universal positive behavior support system in early childhood educational settings.
