영문 초록

Our country is holding the direction of a number of policies under the framework of the creative economy. In particular, start-up support policies of various governments are pouring out looking at the situation in a critical driver of entrepreneurship in the creative economy. This effort is the growth of small and medium enterprises that export can be said based on the government’s policy support and commitment among companies for dividing see. The markets of various government policies and corporate dimension to the efforts of national competitiveness is also a lot of problems It suffers. And analyzed for the relevant knowledge for entry into the Japanese and China market. For this knowledge, it will be more efficient overseas through the system of differentiated support the efforts of the enterprise itself, not just the government. This will require the development of this scarce resource ventures with effective support policies by international knowledge to local needs.
