우울에 대한 미술치료 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 그동안 우리나라에서 발표된 우울에 대한 미술치료 논문의 동향분석과 앞으로의 연구방향을 모색하여 우울에 대한 미술치료 연구의 정립과 미술치료 학문의 균형 있는 발전을 위한 기초자료로 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이에 국 회전자도서관, 한국교육학술정보원, 국립중앙 도서관의 온라인정보서비스에서 1992년부터 2013년도까지 우울에 대한 미술치료 석사학위 논문 159편, 박사학위 논문 6편, 학술지 논문 121편, 총 286편을 선정하였다. 이를 발표연도 및 연구유형, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구내용 별로 분석 하여 연구동향을 제시하였다. 그 결과 우울에 대한 미술치료 연구는 1995년에 발표를 시작으로 2000년부터 꾸준히 증가하였고, 아동의 연구를 많이 하는 다른 미술치료 연구와 달리 성인 대상이 많았음을 알 수 있었다. 연구방법은 통합적 연구가, 설계 유형은 실험 통제집단 사전 사후설계가 많았다. 그리고 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 우울에 대한 미술치료 연구가 앞으로 질적 연구 방법과 개인설계 , 심리치료의 이론적 접근방법의 구체적 진술 등 이 제시된 연구물의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This research study   has been performed to present the basis for the foundation of  Art Therapy for Depression Research  and its  balanced development  of the  Art Therapy study by doing the trend analysis and finding out directions of future development of research in the research papers published in Korea. The study selected   a total of 286 pieces  (159 M. A . theses, 6 Ph. D . dissertations, and 121 articles from research journals on Art Therapy for depression) published from 1922 to 2013 through online information services of the National Assembly Digital Library, Korea Education & Research Information Service, and National Central Library. This study presents the research trends by analyzing publication year, study type, study objects, research topics, research methods and research contents of the selected research works. This study shows that Art Therapy studies on depression increased steadily from 2000 after starting in 1995 and that the studies has been targeting at adults than any other art therapy research whose studies have been more at children. The major study method of the selected group was integrated research method and the primary research types were experiment, controlled group, and pretest-posttest design. This study proposes that there should be future  Art Therapy for Depression Research   with qualitative research methods, individual design, and the specific statement of the theoretical approaches of psychotherapy.
