집단음악치료가 맞벌이 가정 유아의 정서지능과 공격성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 맞벌이 가정 유아들을 대상으로 한 집단음악 치료 프로그램 이 맞벌이 가정 유아들의 정서지능과 공격성에 어떠 한 효과를 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에 참 여한 대상자는 맞벌이 가정 유아 16명으로 실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명이며, 2014 년 6월 9일 ~2014 년 9 월 2 9일까지 집단음악 치료 프로그램 을 주 1회씩 총 15회기로 구성하였다. 본 연구 에 사용한 측정도구는 교사용 유아의 정서지능 평정척도와 교사용 유아 공격성 측정 검사지를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째 , 집단음악 치료 프로그 램은 맞벌 이 가정 유아의 정서지능의 평균이 77 .75에서 115.00으로 상승하여 유의미한 변화를 가져왔다. 둘째 , 맞벌이 가정 유아의 공격성의 평균이 66.63에서 44.75로 낮아져 유의미한 변화를 가져 왔다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to determine how a group music therapy program affected emotional intelligence and aggression of young children in dual-income families. This study was conducted with 16 children in dual-income families at D K indergarten in D City : 8 were in the experimental group and 8 in the control group. The program was composed of 15 sessions ; pretest was performed on June 2, 2014, one week before starting the program, the main experiment was carried out from June 9 to September 29, 2014, and posttest was performed on October 6, 2014, one week after completing the program. The emotional intelligence scale for pretest and posttest was the emotional intelligence checklist modified by Lee (1 997 ) on the basis of the revision of the emotional intelligence model developed by Salvovey and Mayer (1996) and the aggression scale which was composed of the questions concerning aggression from A chenbach and Edelbrock's (1984) Behavioral Checklist used by G u(2009) and Lazelere developed by Oh, Lee, Hong, and Ha (1997) and K-CBCL and the Toddler Behavior Checklist (TBC) developed by Amberson and Martin (1989), which were lastly categorized, revised, and complemented by Park ' s (2002). The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First, a group music therapy program significantly changed emotional intelligence and aggression of young children in dual-income families. Second, a group music therapy program positively contributed to the qualitative changes in emotional intelligence and aggression of young children in dual-income families.
