부정적 정서 노인들의 자기효능감과 영성이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 상실감과 우울이 높은 부정적 정서 노인들에 대해 인구사회학적특성에 따른 자기효능감, 영성, 그리고 자아통합감의 차이를 알아보고, 부정적정서 노인들의 자기효능감과 영성이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 따라 상실감과 우울이 연구 대상자의 평균 이상이고 만 60세 이상 168명의 한국노인을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 사용하여 기술통계, t-검정과 ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 부정적 정서 노인들의 인구사회 학적 특성에 따라 자기효능감, 영성, 그리고 자아통합감에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 부정적 정서 노인의 자아통합감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 신체적 자기효능감, 실존적 영성, 경제형편, 연령으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is, by using the demographic variables, to identify self-efficacy and spirituality on the ego-integrity of the negative emotions elderly with sense of the loss and depression and to assess the impacts of these factors upon their ego-integrity. The subjects were 168 elderly over 60years old who were having sense of the loss and depression with above-average. The subjects completed socio-demographic factors questionnaire, self-efficacy scale, spirituality scale, depression scale, sense of the loss scale, and ego-integrity scale. The results of the study as follows. First, According to socio-demographic factors, there were significant different for various variables. Second, The variables that effects of self-efficacy and spirituality on the ego-integrity of the negative emotions elderly with sense of the loss and depression are physical self-efficacy, existential spirituality, Economic level, age. Bsed on the study findings, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
