영문 초록

The purpose of this study is examined the problems by a case study of Mt. Kumkang Cruise Tour Business. Therefore, I suggest the policy development planning of alleviation of government regulation for activating the Korea Cruise Tour Business. The method of this study was done by the case study of the business license of Mt. Kumkang Cruise Tour, and examined the opinions of five group experts for accepting many suggestion. The results of this study are as follows. First, the articles of kind of business are revised in Marine Law. Secondly, the articles of Casino permission condition are revised in Tourism Promotion Act Thirdly, the articles of tax exemption limit are revised in Customs Law. Fourthly, we need the establishing of Cruise business independent law. Fifthly, we need the establishing of Cruise business special law for increasing the foreign tourists according to a big international event.
