영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to ascertain a model for convention sales plan or prolonged development, drawing rational contract factor of convention between convention service manager and PCO(professional congress organizer), For this purpose, The data analysis was used by SPSS for Windows Version 10.0. Then its result has been used in the final analysis. The major findings are as follows; First, Could draw 21 variables related to attributions of convention contract regulations, analyzing them used in super deluxe hotels in Seoul. Korea, studying preceding records on convention contract factors that convention service managers take seriously. Secondly, This study supports significant difference statistically, verifying the rationality and changeable intention on contract regulations that convention service managers take seriously, which are based on contract factors drawn by study on convention contract regulations used in super deluxe hotels in Seoul Korea and preceding study. Lastly, this study shows that contract factor doesn't affect the rationality on contract regulation effectively. But It affects changeable intention on contract regulations effectively, which is primary contract regulation, secondary contract regulation, and other contract regulation.
