국문 초록

해양경찰공무원의 함정근무는 대한민국의 해상주권 수호, 해상범죄 예방 및 단속, 해상에서의 경비·구난, 해상오염방제 등을 수행하기 위해 순환근무 방식으로서 휴일 및 주·야간의 구분 없이 임무를 수행하고 있다. 특히, 해상이라는 물리적 공간과 함정이라는 특수한 근무환경은 한정된 공간에 다양하고 많은 장비들이 밀집되어 있는 구조이므로, 높은 수준의 소음과 진동 그리고 전자파를 유발하는 등 매우 열악한근무환경을 가지고 있다. 이러한 함정근무는 해양경찰공무원의 신체적·정신적 건강에 매우 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 수면, 휴게, 식사패턴 등의 생체리듬을 변화시키고 그 변화에 따라 정신적·신체적 적응이 끊임없이 뒤바뀌게 된다. 이처럼 반복되는 변화와 적응은 건강에 커다란 부담으로 작용할 수밖에 없다 따라서 이 연구에서는 함정근무 해양경찰공무원을 대상으로 주․야간 함정근무로 인한 수면장애, 피로, 우울증 및 삶의 질에 대하여 조사하고, 이들 개념 간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 함정근무 해양경찰공무원들의 건강문제와 삶의 질을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

KCG Officer’s worked vessel were the edge of a maritime sovereignty of the Republic of Korea, protection and maritime crime prevention and control, maritime security and rescue, marine pollution control, including that day. These services will be available during the tour of duty holiday and weekend, as a way of night without distinction of missions. In particular, the physical space and vessel, this particular working environment is the limited space architecture that is crowded with lots and lots and lots of equipment. Thus, for causing high levels of vibration, noise and electromagnetic, including very poor working environment. These vessel stand a very negative effect on the physical and mental health of the KCG Officer. This is sleep, meals, changes the biological rhythms of eating patterns, etc. Mental and physical adaption in accordance with such changes are constantly reversed. This is repeated like change and adaptation is a big burden for health. Therefore, the study from vessel working in weekly targets of the KCG Officer, depression, fatigue, depression and sleep disorders caused by checking about the quality of life. This concept service vessels from looking at the KCG Officer data plans to provide a legal basis for the quality of life and health problems.
