경찰공무원의 부패유형화와 경찰역할에 대한 인식분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 경찰공무원과 경찰관련 교수를 대상으로 경찰부패의 유형화를 정립하고, 이에 대응하고 있는 경찰 역할에 대한 인식유형을 탐색함으로써 유형별 특성을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 또한 경찰의 역할에 대한 인식에 있어서 차이가 발생한다면 그 차이에 관해논의하고, 이에 따라 구체적인 역할모호성 감소 전략을 탐색하였다. IPA분석결과 경찰공무원의 부패의 유형화와 문제에 대한 높은 중요도와 높은 수행도의 Ⅰ사분면은, 낮은 중요도와 낮은 수행도의 Ⅱ사분면, 낮은 중요도와 높은 수행도의 Ⅲ사분면으로 설정하였다. 경찰공무원의 부패유형에서 상호주도형부패(Ⅱ 2개, Ⅲ사분면 1개), 경찰주도형부패(Ⅲ사분면 3개), 민간주도형부패(Ⅰ1개, Ⅱ사분면 2개), 상호소극형부패(Ⅰ1개, Ⅲ사분면 1개)으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 종래의 경찰부패에 관한 일반적인 대책강구에 초점을 두었다면, 향후 경찰부패의 근본적인 유발유인의 유형화 요인을 충분히 고려하여 차별적인 경찰부패 방지전략을 수립할 수 있는 연구가 병행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, establish a typology of police officers and police-related police corruption as a subject and professor, corresponding and that was the purpose of identifying the type property types by searching the awareness of the police role. Also, if a difference occurs in the recognition of the role of the police discuss the differences and, therefore, it was to explore specific role ambiguity reduction strategies. IPA analysis of police Ⅰ quadrant of high importance and high performance even in the typology of the problem of corruption of public officials is low importance and low-performing Ⅱ quadrant of even a low priority and was set to perform high-Ⅲ quadrant. Mutual-led corruption in the corruption of police officers types (Ⅱ 2piece, Ⅲ 1piece quadrant), led police corruption (Ⅲ 3piece quadrant), the private-led corruption (Ⅰ1quadrant Ⅱ), mutual passive form of corruption (Ⅰ1piece quadrant, Ⅲ 1piece quadrant). As a result, if focused on general measures taken on the conventional police corruption, take full account of the fundamental factors causing the typology of future manned by police corruption research to establish discriminatory police anti-corruption strategy should be combined..
