국문 초록

본 연구는 성인 지적·자폐성 장애인을 위한 평생계획수립에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이들의 개인적 요인, 건강 및 장애관련 요인, 가족 요인, 사회적 관계 요인을 통해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 서울 지역 장애인직업재활시설을 이용하는 성인 지적·자 폐성 장애인의 부모 407명을 대상으로 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구에서는 장애 자녀의 개인적 요인, 건강 및 장애 요인, 가족 요인, 사회적 관계 요인 그리고 영역별 평생계획 수준에 대한 빈도분석, 백분율, 평균 등의 기술 통계분석을, 각 특성별 구체적 변수가 영역별 평생계획 수립여부에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 로지스틱회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 주거계획수립에는 자녀의 월소득, 국민기초생활보장 수급 유무, 주관적 건강상태, 일상생활능력, 부모의 학력, 자녀 수, 의논상대 여부, 재정 계획수립에는 자녀의 월소득, 장애자녀의 결혼여부, 부모의 연령, 부모의 학력, 가족의 도움정 도, 월평균 가족수입, 사회적 관계 수, 법적계획수립에는 의논상대여부, 사회관계망 계획수립에는 장애자녀의 연령, 부모의 연령, 부모의 학력, 가족의 도움정도, 의논상대 여부 등이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 성인 지적·자폐성 장애인을 위한 평생계획 수립 의 중요성과 가족의 체계적인 노후설계 마련을 위한 논의를 진행하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored factors that affect on the permanency planning of persons with intellectual disability or autistic spectrum disability. Especially it tries to explore how personal characteristics factor, health/disability factor, family factor and social relationship factor affect on their permanency planning. Data were collected from 407 persons with intellectual disability or autistic spectrum disability and their parents of occupational rehabilitation centers in the Soeul-Gyeonggi metropolitan area. This study conducted descriptive statistics analysis and logistic regression analysis. As results, income, receipt of public assistance, subjective health status, IADL educational level of parents, number of children and consultant/counselor affected on their residency planning, income, marital status, age of parent, educational level of parents, familiar aids, monthly family income and frequency of social relationship affected on their financial planning, consultant/counselor affected on their legal planning and age, age of parent, educational level of parents, familiar aids and consultant/counselor affected on their social network planning. It finally delivered some policy and practise implications to introduce more desirable permanency planning for persons with intellectual disability or autistic spectrum disability.
