국문 초록

이 논문은 선행연구에서 의미분별척도법을 활용하여 감성언어를 추출하고 감성적 지성의 구성요소에 대해 이론적 검토와 함께 이를 토대로 감성적 지성 측정지표를 개발하였다. 감성적 지성 구성요소인 자기 감성인식으로 정성스러움, 따뜻함, 보람, 여성스러움, 즐거움, 편안함, 냉철함, 힘듦, 우울함, 가련함, 화남 타인감성이해로 배부름(배고픔), 성적 만족(성적 불만족), 건강(아픔, 질병), 거주 만족(불편한 주거), 평안(상실감), 안전함(위기감), 존재감(무가치함), 사랑받음(사랑받지 못함), 소속감(고독감), 명예욕(무능력), 자신감(쓸모없다는 느낌), 자존감(낮은 자존감), 삶의 즐거움(소외감), 의욕(목적 상실), 창조적 삶 (무미건조한 생활)이다. 감성표현과 조절로는 표현(정성스러움, 따듯함, 여성스러움, 즐거움, 편안함, 냉정함)을 그리고 조절로(보람, 즐거움(신경질과 짜증) 편안함(불편함), 힘듦, 우울함, 화), 감성활용으로 사명감, 기분전환, 동기화, 의사소통, 감정소통, 긍정화, 업무 등으로 감성적 지성 측정지표를 개발하였다.

영문 초록

This paper was to extract emotional language using the semantic differential scaling in previous studies and to develop the emotional intelligence indicator based on the theoretical review. Emotional awareness, emotional understanding, emotional control, and emotional application are components of emotional intelligence. Emotional awareness includes sincerity, warmth, rewarding, femininity, joy, comfort, cool-headedness, difficultness, depression, pitifulness, and irritancy. Emotional understanding of others includes fulness (hunger), sexual satisfaction (sexual dissatisfaction), health (pain, sickness), resident satisfaction (residential uncomfortable), peace (loss), safe (crisis), self-esteem (unworthiness), loved (unloved), a sense of belonging (loneliness), ambition (incompetence), confidence (worthlessness), and self-esteem (low self-esteem), enjoyment of life (alienation), motivation (loss of purpose), creative life (insipid life). Emotional control includes rewarding, fun (nervousness and irritability), comfort (discomfort), difficultness, depression, irritancy. Finally, emotional application includes commitment, diversion, synchronization, communication, emotional communication, positive service. Based on these tasks, this study creates the emotional intelligence measures.
