국문 초록

본 연구는 이슈리더십의 개인 영향요인을 탐색하고, 이슈리더십과의 관계에서 과업환경이 미치는 조절효과에 대한 연구이다. 이슈를 매개로 리더가 출현한다는 이슈리더십에 대한 선행변수로서 정서지능, 리드동기, 자기효능감에 대해 탐색하고, 최근 높아지는 상황적 불확실성이 과업환경에 반영되어 이들 선행변수와 이슈리더 출현에 조절효과가 있는지 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 3개 기 업의 팀장/팀원을 대상으로 311개의 표본을 추출하여 분석하였다. 연구결과로는 이슈리더십의 개인 영향요인 3가지 모두 이슈리더십에 긍정적 인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 선행변수 3가지와 이슈리더십 간에 과업환경의 유의미한 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증연구를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 차원에서 연구의 시사점과 한계에 대해 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The goal of this study was to explore individual differences of the Issue Leadership and to verify a moderation effect of model between; individual differences(emotional intelligence, motivation to lead, self-efficacy) and the Issue leadership. This study surveyed prior research findings through literature review to form research model and set hypotheses. To test hypotheses, researcher administered web-based survey toward 311 employees in three companies. All respondents were office workers. Separated surveys for team members' self-report and team leaders' evaluation were administered to avoid error of Common method bias. This study found; (1) emotional intelligence, motivation to lead, and general self-efficacy of individual differences have positive relationships with Issue Leadership, (2) no moderation effect of task environment was found between individual differences and issue leadership. Also, a discussion on theoretical and practical implications of the study, and future research suggestions are presented.
