민간경비 관련학과의 기계경비업체 취업 강화방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 경호, 경찰 등 민간경비 관련학과의 기계경비업체 취업 강화방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 인터넷 홈페이지, 선행연구 등을 중심으로 문헌분석을 실시하였다. 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문대학, 대학, 교육대학, 산업대학, 각종학교, 기능대학, 일반대학원 등 고등교육기관 졸업자의 취업률은 58.6% 수준을 나타내고 있다. 경호, 경찰 등 민간경비 관련학과의 2014년 취업률도 다소 낮은 수치를 보이고 있다. 둘째, 기계경비업체의 인재모집은 에스원(S1)이 공통, 연구개발, 첨단보안 부문 등으로, ADT캡스는 출동직, 영업직, 관제직, 기술직 부문 등으로, kt telecop은 경영지원, 영업, 고객서비스, IT기술개발 부문 등 다양한 분야로 구분하여 수시 모집하고 있다. 셋째, 민간경비 관련학과의 기계경비업체 취업 강화방안으로는 ① 기계경비업체의 민간경비 관련학과 전문성에 대한 인식 제고, ② 민간경비 관련학과의 기계경비 등 시큐리티 관련교육 강화, ③ 민간경비 관련학과 재학생의 민간경비 진출에 대한 인식 전환 등이 있다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this study is to suggest the strengthening plans on the employment rate of the majors related the private security to the private security companies. For this, the literature review was conducted on the internet websites and the prior researches. The results of this study are as follows. First, the employment rate of the higher education institutions showed 58.6% level. The employment rate of the majors related private security also showed a somewhat lower. Second, the recruitments of the electronic security companies are as follows; S1 has been recruiting the common, the research & development, and the high-tech security sectors. ADT CAPS has been recruiting the dispatch, the sales, the control, and the technical sectors. kt telecop has been recruiting the management support, the sales, the customer services, and the IT technologies sectors. Third, the strengthening plans on the employment rate are as follows; ① the electronic security companies have to aware the professionalism of the majors related private security. ② the majors related private security have to reinforce the education on security subjects such as electronic security. ③ the students who majored in private security have to aware the various jobs for the private security.
