국문 초록

본 연구는 민간시큐리티기업 종사자의 커뮤니케이션 및 조직신뢰, 집단효능감, 조직유효성과 이직의도의 구조적 관계에 어떠한 영향과 관련성이 있는지 규명하고, 각 변인들 간의 관계를 분석하고 파생되는 문제에 대하여 자료제시 및 방안을 모색 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 서울, 부산, 대구지역으로 나누어 민간시큐리티기업에 종사하는 20세 이상 남, 여를 대상으로 유층집락 무선표집을 사용하여 기업에 총 530부의 설문지를 배포 후 자기평가기입법(self-administration method)으로 응답하도록 한 후 그 중에서 미회수 된 설문지 15부, 응답 내용이 부실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 설문지 18부를 제외한 497부의 설문지를 실제 연구에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 Windows Program SPSS PC Version 18.0을 이용하여 연구목적에 맞게 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 기술통계 분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, Amos 16.0을 활용하여 구조모형 분석(path analysis)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 커뮤니케이션은 조직신뢰에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직신뢰는 집단효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 집단효능감은 조직유효성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직유효성은 이직의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 민간시큐리티 종사자의 커뮤니케이션 및 조직신뢰, 집단효능감, 조직유효성과 이직의도의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다.

영문 초록

Subjects were males and females aged over 20 working for private security companies in Seoul, Busan and Daegy, Multistage stratified cluster random sampling was used to distribute 530 copies of a questionnaire to private security companies. Respondents were asked to use a self- admintstration method to fill up the questionnaire. Excluding 15 unreturned copies and incomplete or unreliable 18 copies, 497 copies were used for the analysis. Collected data was processed Windows Program SPSS PC Version 18.0 In addition, in light of the objective of this study, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and Amos 16.0 were applied to the path analysis. Below are the findings of the analysis. First, communication was found to have significantly positive effects on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust was found to have significantly positive effects on group efficacy. Third, group efficacy was found to have significantly positive effects on organizational effectiveness. Fourth, organizational effectiveness was found to have significantly positive effects on turnover intention. In conclusion, private security personnel's leisure activities verified the structural relationship between communication, organizational trust, group efficacy, organizational effectiveness and turnover intention.
