The Semantic Analysis of the Russian Spatial Movement Preposition Na at the Lexical and Syntactic Levels

국문 초록

본 논문의 목적은 인지언어학적 관점에서 특정개체의 공간에서 의이동을지시하는 На 의의 미자질을 분석하는것 이었다. 본 논문의 분석결과, На 은공간, 시간, 인과, 척도, 양상으로 구분되는 상황의미와 목적의미 그리고 한정의미를 가지고 있었다. 이중공간 의미가 На 의 전체의미의 50%를 차지할 만큼 공간 의미는 아주 생산적 이었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 전제로 На 의 공간적 원형의미를 규명하면서 На 과 결합하는 후행명사의 특징을 분석하였다. 그 결과 На 의 공간적 원형 의미는 상위 층위 의미자질 [+이동성]과 [+방향성]⇒하위층위의미자질 [-경계성], [+근접성], [+표면성], [+접촉성], [-가시성]의 계층 구조로 이루어져 있음을 알 수 있었다. 통사층위 에서 'На 격 구문'의 의미는 공간의미에서 출발해서 목적의미, 한정의 미를 획득해 나갔으며 주로 공간의 미와 목적의미, 목적의미와 한정의미, 공간의 미와 한정의 미간에 의미 혼종이 발생했다. 통사 층위의 의미 혼종을 발생시키는 이유는 언어내외적측면에서 살펴 볼 수 있지만 사실 언어 권별로, 문법범주나 언어단위 별로 혼종이 발생하는 원인은 변별적이며 이에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 뿐만 아니라 На 의 비공간 의미, На²의 공간 및 비공간 의미 그리고 고대러시아어 부터 На 와 자주 혼용되고 있는 В 의 공간 의미와 비공간 의미에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the semantic features of Na, which refers to movement of a particular individual in a space from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. As a result of the analysis in the paper, we can tell that the spatial prototypical meanings of Na consist in the hierarchical structure of upper level semantic features [+movable] and [+directional] ⇒ lower level semantic features [-bounded], [+adjacent], [+superficial], [+contactable], and [-visible]. At the syntactic level, 'Na case constructions' started from spatial meanings to attain purposive and delimiting meanings, and semantic hybridization occurs mainly between spatial meanings and purposive meanings, between purposive and delimiting meanings, and between spatial and delimiting meanings. The reasons for the occurrence of semantic hybridization at the syntactic level on the language-internal and -external sides, but the reasons for the occurrence of hybridization is distinct among language regions, among grammatical categories, and among linguistic units, and we need continuous and among linguistic units, and we need continuous
