최적 물류거점 선정을 통한 신선물류 운영 최적화 전략

국문 초록

최근 웰빙 문화의 확산으로 소비자들의 건강식품에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 부가가치가 높은 신선물 류가 주목을 받고 있다. 소비자가 신선도를 중요시하면서 유기농 및 신선제품 및 상품의 수요가 증가하였 고, 1인 가구의 증가 등 식생활 변화에 따라 조리 및 가공시간 단축 등 고객들의 요구사항도 다양화 되었다. 신선제품은 다른 공산품에 비해 일단 유통기한이 짧기 때문에 입하부터 출하까지 품질유지가 되도록 관리하 는 것이 필수적이며, 다품종이지만 소량인 제품들을 시장 수요에 탄력성 있게 고객에게 제공하는 서비스를 수행할 수 있는 대응 능력이 필요하다. 즉, 기업물류 전반에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 물류 프로세스 최적화를 통한 고객 서비스 수준 향상은 계속 되어야 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 신선물류 서비스를 제공하고 있는 A사의 사례를 들어, A사 뿐만 아니라 모든 물류 서비스 향상을 위한 연구를 진행한다. A사가 기존에 운영 중인 신선물류센터의 운영현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 개선한 신규센터에서의 운영 최적화를 위한 방안을 도출하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 실시한다. 또한 좀 더 정확 한 분석을 위하여 물류 네트워크 전략 수립에 최적화 된 시뮬레이션 도구인 ALLO(Agillence Lean Logistics Optimizer)를 사용하여 A사의 신규 센터가 설립 될 최적의 거점을 선정한다.

영문 초록

In recent years, as consumer interest in food for health increases the diffusion of the well-being, cold chain logistics has been the focus of attention. While consumers put emphasis on freshness, the demand for fresh and organic products has been increased and their requirements have also been diversified like shorter processing time and cooking as their eating habits has been changed due to an increase in one-person households. It is essential to manage the maintenance of the quality from stock to shipment because the distribution cycle is short compared to other industrial products and it is necessary to keep the capability to perform the services provided to meet the needs of consumers. In other words, improving customer service levels through the optimization of the distribution process should be continued because it can significantly affect the overall logistics in a company Therefore, in this study, analyzing the case of Company A which provides logistics services, we study to improve the cold chain logistics for all as well as company A. In order to derive the schemes to optimize the operation status of the new distribution center while understanding the current situation and problems, we conduct simulations using a simulation tool, ALLO, which is optimized for the development of logistics network strategies. Finally we choose and suggest a optimal site for the new center to be established.
