영문 초록

Considering the structural problem of the present cooks training institutions, the author suggest 2 models to improve the situation. The first model frames a scheme to improve the structural problem of culinary training institutions under the existing systems. However, the second model offers alternative method to have cooks trained outside the existing systems. The second model consists of 3 stages, such as setting the nature of training, developing the curriculum, and running the curriculum.
