영문 초록

This study examined the effect of management development programs(Technical skill, Human skill, Conceptual skill) on self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness in the food service industry. In conducting the research a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed between April 1, 2010 and April 30, 2010 but only 274 were used for the analysis. The results of this study are threefold. First, technical skill factor had positive effect on self-efficacy, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, human skill factor had positive effect on self-efficacy and organizational commitment, but it did not affect job satisfaction. Third, conceptual skill did not affect self-efficacy, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study suggests what is effective management development program for manager in food service industry.
