영문 초록

This study has the objective of systematizing the basic structure of the research classification system for the Foodservice Studies through identifying the classification status by the graph of classification and analyzing the process. This research is conducted through literature review and data analysis by computer programming.(using Excel VBA and Excel 2007) The classification system theory was reviewed, and the comparison of the Foodservice Studies research classification was performed. Next, the classification of the actual study results by identifying the Foodservice Studies deployment status in the graph of the study classification and analyzing through the classification system and each category. Through such progress, the kingdon of research and basic structure of the classification system for the Foodservice Studies research were set and systematized. This study defined the kingdon of research and systemized a research classification criterion for the Foodservice Studies.
