국문 초록

중년층의 은퇴준비에 영향을 미치는 노후생활에 대한 인식 요인으로는 노인이 되는 시기 노후준비 시작 적정 연령 노후생활 , , 부양책임, 노후생활에 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 것이다. 또한 은퇴태도 하위요인은 휴식으로 전환, 새로운 출발, 계속, 강요된 좌절로써 은퇴준비에 미치는 영향 요인을 종합해보면 중년층 근로자는 새로운 출발 및 계속의 긍정적이고 적극적인 은퇴태도가 필요하며, 월평균소득의 향상과 양호한 건강상태의 유지 및 적극적인 사회활동 참여를 일상생활화 할 때 행복한 노후를 위한 은퇴준비를 이룰 수 있다.

영문 초록

As the main causes on the life of the aged affecting the preparation for the retirement, there are the time of being the aged, the age suitable to start the preparation for the aged, the responsibility for supporting the life of the aged and others. Also as the subordinate causes of the retirement attitude there are the transition to old age, new beginning, continuation, and imposed disruption. In conclusion the middle aged classes are requested to have the affirmative and positive retirement attitude of new beginning and continuation when we put the causes affecting the retirement preparation together, and the successful preparation for the retirement can be possible only when we keep the elevation of the monthly average income and good health conditions by having the determination of participating in social activities positively as an usual daily life all the time.
