군 장병의 진로의사결정 수준이 군 복무 적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구는 군 장병들의 진로의사결정 수준과 군 복무 적응 간의 관계에 있어서 군내 대학 원격강좌수강의 조절효과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 위한 연구문제로 첫째, 장병들의 진로의 사결정 수준은 군 복무 적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, 둘째, 군 원격교육 특성요인은 군내 대학원격강좌 수강에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, 셋째, 장병들의 진로의사결정 수준이 군 복무 적응에 미치는 영향에 있어 군내 대학 원격 강좌 수강은 조절효과를 나타내는가를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 00 사단의 장병 가운데 대학 원격강좌를 수강한 200명과 수강하지 않은 200명에게 설문지를 배포하였으며 이중 원격강좌 수강인원 180명, 미수강인원 156명의 설문지가 수거되었다. 불성실한 응답을 제거하고 최종 분석에 사용한 대상은 원격강좌를 수강한 경험이 있는 105명과 수강하지 않은 165명의 총 270명이었다. 통계방법으로는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 회귀분석, 로지스틱회귀분석, 조절효과분석의 방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 장병의 진로의사결정 수준은 군 생활 적응에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 군 원격교육의 특성은 전체적으로 원격강좌 수강에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 특성요인들 가운데 관리 특성요인과 내부조직 특성요인이 유의하였다. 마지막으로 진로의사결정 수준이 군 생활 적응에 미치는 영향에 있어 군내 대학 원격강좌 수강이 조절효과를 갖는 것을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 장병들의 군생활 적응에 있어 진로의사결정 수준과 대학 원격강좌 수강이 갖는 역할을 최초로 규명하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the moderation effect of taking e-learning offered by universities on the relationship between career decision-making level and military life adaptation. Specifically, we have three research questions: First, do soldiers` career decision-making levels affect their adaptation to military life? Second, what kind of factors of military distance education affect soldiers` e-learning taking? Third, does soldiers` experience in e-learning moderate the relationship between career decision-making levels and adaptation to military life? 200 questionnaires were distributed to soldiers who have taken at least one e-learning course and another 200 questionnaires were distributed to solders who have not taken any e-learning course. 180 soldiers who have taken e-learning course(s) and 156 soldiers who have not taken any e-learning course responded respectively. Responses with incomplete data were eliminated. The final sample included 270 responses (e-learning takers: 105, non-takers: 165). We conducted frequency analysis, regression analysis, and logistic regression in analyzing the data, using SPSS software (version 21.0). Findings of this study are as follows. First, career decision-making level had an effect on adaptation to military life. Second, factors related to distance education for armed force had an effect on taking e-learning offered by universities. Third, the moderation effect of taking e-learning between decision-making levels and adaptation to military life was significant. Findings imply for career decision-making and adaptation to military life of soldiers are suggested. Findings suggest the importance of career decision-making levels and e-learning experience for soldiers` adaptation to military life.
