국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 여성결혼이민자 지원정책 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 대구, 경북, 경남 지역의 다문화가족지원센터에서 근무하는 142명의 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Win 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 기술통계 분석, t검증, 일원변량분석 및 단계적 회귀분석(stepwise regression)을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 적응지원정책 인식에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 여성결혼이민자와의 관계가 제시되었다. 사회권보장정책 인식에 대해서는 여성결혼이민자와의 관계, 진보-보수 성향, 다문화사회 인식, 평등주의 태도의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 우대정책 인식에 대해서는 다문화사회 인식, 여성결혼이민자와의 관계, 학력의 순으로 큰 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 차별배제정책 인식에 있어서는 가구소득이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인이며, 그 다음 다문화사회 인식이 영향변인으로 제시되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 논문의 함의를 제시하며, 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of policies for female marriage immigrants and the related variables among the professional staff members. There were female 142 subjects who worked for multicultural family supports center as a professional staff member. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS win 18.0 program with cronbach's α, Pearson's correlation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test and stepwise regression. The findings showed that the relationship with female marriage immigrants was significant factor explaining the perception of adaptation support policies among the professional staff members. Their relationship with Female Marriage Immigrants was the strongest factor explaining the perception of citizenship right policies. Perception of multicultural society, progressive attitude and egalitarian attitude were significant factors explaining the above perception type in sequence. The perception of affirmative action for female marriage immigrants was influenced by the perception of multicultural society, the relationship with female marriage immigrants and the education levels in sequential order. To explain the perception of policies for differential exclusionary policies, factors of the family income and the perception of multicultural society came into greater prominence. Based on the result of the study, implications were discussed in terms of policies for female marriage immigrants.
