국문 초록

본 연구는 질적 연구 방법을 활용하여 지체장애아동의 비장애형제가 일상생활에서 겪는 어려움, 스트레스 등의 위험요인과 그에 따른 보호요인의 상호작용을 통한 회복탄력성을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대전광역시와 충청남도 태안군 소재의 일반학교 특수학급에 재학 중인 장애학생의 형제 6명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 5개의 대주제, 하위 주제 9개와 45개의 주요 코드로 세분화되었다. 5개의 대주제는 '이해와 수용, 능동적인 성숙함, 가족과의 긍정적 상호작용, 사회적 지지, 미래에 대한 희망'이다. 본 연구 결과를 중심으로 논의에서는 장애아동의 비장애형제를 효율적으로 지원할 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the resilience of children with siblings with a Physical disability. It focused on the developmental mechansim of resilience that emerged as a result of interaction of various risk and protective factors on multiple ecological levels. Six children living in Dae-jeon and Tae-an were interviewed for this study. The in-depth interview was individually conducted after getting an agreement from the subjects, and one visit took about an hour. The interview contents were recorded and transcribed, and pattern analysis and open encoding were performed. The study found one main theme captures the essence and meaning of the participants'experience：promoting the resilience by reliving the negative effect based various resource. As explored above, the resilience of children with siblings with a Physical disability is promoted through the interaction of rick and protective factors from various aspects of life. this study confirms that protective factors as buffers against the negative effects of risk factors, so that eventually resilience is enhanced. It can be concluded that specific strategies are required to not only decrease risk factors but also increase protective factors.
