국문 초록

본고는 덴동어미가 어떻게 비극적인 운명을 극복했으며, 주위의 여성들과 깨달음과 기쁨의 연대를 형성할 수 있었는지를 밝혔다. 가부장 사회의 여성욕망은 남편을 중심으로 구성되어 있다. 그가 네 번이나 개가했다는 것은 이 욕망의 구조를 끈질기게 유지하고자 했음을 의미한다. 본고는 특별히 '사이'에 집중해서 서사를 분석했다. 사이란 남편 사후부터 개가할 때까지의 시간을 의미하는데, 여기서 이전과는 다른 삶이 어떻게 직조될 수 있는지를 탐색할 수 있다. 덴동어미는 네 번의 사이를 거쳐, 마침내 가부장제의 여성욕망을 벗어나는 데 이른다. 그의 이야기를 들은 여성들은 크게 깨달으며 기뻐한다. 이것이 연대를 구축하는 힘이다. 텍스트의 형성, 정착, 향유가 이 연대에 연속성을 부여하면서 감응에 의한 문학적 공동체를 이룬다.

영문 초록

This paper explicates how Deongdong-eomi can overcome her tragic fate to share enlightenment and joy with those who hear her stories, and how this can be sublimed as solidarity. The female desire in patriarchy is composed around the husband. The fact that Dendong-eomi have been married 4 times means that she has tried to persistently maintain the structure of desire. For this, the current paper has analyzed the narrative of Deondong-Eomi Hwajeonga concentrated especially on 'betweenness.' Here, 'betweenness' means the time from a husband's death to getting a new husband, with which we can explore how a time when she has lived with a husband collapses and another time can be possible. Dendong-eomi has gone so far that having gone through for 'betweens' she has finally escaped from the structure of desire that is concentrated on husband. Hearing of her stories, women are pleased with great realization. This has been developed into the force that builds the solidarity. Furthermore, the formation, enjoyment, and reproduction of text give continuity to this solidarity to construct a literary community in terms of sympathy.
