국문 초록

본 연구는 노인복지관을 이용하는 노인을 대상으로 다양한 신체트레이닝의 형태에 따른 만족도의 차이 조사와 노인의 능동적이고 생산적인 여가시간을 활용하고 건강하고 생산적인 삶의 질을 높일 수 있도록 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 신체트레이닝의 형태에 따라 시설만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 동반프로 그램에서 높은 만족도를, 단체프로그램에서 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 나타냈고, 수련방법에 대한 만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 동반프로그램에서 높은 만족도를, 단체프로그램에서 낮은 만족도를 나타냈다. 지도자에 대한 만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 동반프로그램에서 높은 만족도를, 단체프로그램에서 낮은 만족도를 나타냈고, 고객관리에 대한 만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 동반프로그램에서 높은 만족도를, 단체프로그램에서 낮은 만족도를 나타냈다. 교재에 대한 만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 동반프로그램에서 높은 만족도를, 단체프로그램에서 낮은 만족도를 나타냈고, 지도방법에 대한 만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타냈으나 세 가지 운동프로그램 모두에서 낮은 만족도를 나타냈다.

영문 초록

This study examines the satisfaction differences about various training programs the old took part in so that we may help the old the best use of their spare time. N senior welfare facilities, S senior welfare facilities, Y senior welfare facilities and B senior welfare facilities were drawn by convenience sampling in Seoul and delivered 400 copies and managed 323 copies. Resultant findings are as follows: First, the difference of training program satisfaction by equipment factors reveals significant difference and showed high level of satisfaction in company program, low level of satisfaction relatively in the group program. Second, the difference of training program satisfaction by training method factors reveals significant difference and showed high level of satisfaction in company program, low level of satisfaction in the group program. Third, the difference of training program satisfaction by coach factors reveals significant difference and showed high level of satisfaction in company program, low level of satisfaction relatively in the group program. Fourth, the difference of training program satisfaction by customer management factors reveals significant difference and showed high level of satisfaction in company program, distinguished low level of satisfaction in the group program. Fifth, the difference of training program satisfaction by text factors reveals significant difference and showed high level of satisfaction in company program, low level of satisfaction in the group program. Sixth, the difference of training program satisfaction by guiding principle factors reveals significant difference but showed low level of satisfaction in all three programs.
