심인성반응으로 신체증상을 호소하는 초등학생에 대한 로저스상담의 효과 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 심인성(心因性)반응으로 신체증상을 표현하는 초등학생에게 증상해결을 위하여 로저스상담과 플라시보(placebo)처치를 적용해보고, 그 효과를 규명하고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구자가 근무하는 충남 A시 초등학교 보건실 방문학생 중 심인성반응에 의해 신체증상을 표현하는 학생을 대상으로 학교보건실 방문 순서에 따라 2012년 9월 1일부터 10월 15일까지 15명에게 로저스상담을 실시하였으며, 2012년 10월 16일부터 11월 30일까지 15명에게 플라시보(placebo)처치를 적용하였다. 학교현장에서 초등학생을 대상으로 상담자가 진정성을 가지고 공감하고 수용하면 긍정적인 인간관계가 이루어짐을 경험하였다. 또한, 정신건강수준의 측정을 위해 가장 일반적으로 쓰이는 방법인 한국판 일반정신건강척도 'The Korean General Health Questionnaire(KGHQ-20문항)'을 사용하여 사전-사후검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 각각의 처치에서 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며, 로저스상담이 더 유효한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was targeted at adapting Rogers counseling and Placebo treatment and then to establishing effect of solving physical symptom, elementary students expressing physical symptom to the psychogenic reaction. The object was the students who was visiting elementary school care room in A city of Chungnam provinces which is researcher and the number of total 30 students, Roger counseling was carried out on 15 students from first September to fifteenth October 2012 in order to the visiting rules of school care room and the Placebo treatment was applied on 15 students from sixteen October to thirtieth November 2012. Get experienced for elementary students in school scence, if we take authenticity as feel empathy and unconditional acceptance, as Rogers be composed of positive counseling relation to the self realizing process. In addition, pre-post test carried out with the Korean General Health Questionnaire which is most general method for the measuring level of the mental health. As the result of the study, each treatment showed positive changing and the Rogers counseling was more effect than Placebo treatment.
